Six Reasons AMA at The Atlas Hotel Belongs on Your List

July 23, 20263 min read

A photo journal from an evening at AMA — the restaurant at The Atlas Hotel in Allston.

I wrote the below on July 8, 2026. I shared it yesterday, July 22, 2026, on Instagram. I was very pleased with how the whole thing came together so I wanted to share it here, should anyone stumble upon it. I continue to pursue the things that drive me for whatever reason, day after day. Is the outcome as important as the pursuit? What is the outcome? Just keep working.

As someone who eats some seafood but leans plant-based and gluten-free, a place like Ama matters. So pull up, tell ’em Blanco sent ya. Actually — don’t, that’s just rap soundtracking my life, they’ll look at you crazy. Tell them Will, by way of Q. Still nothing? Just sit down.

Now, the 6 reasons…
